The goal is find information about variable stars and select 2 candidates for observations, given the limitations of the observatory.
Limitations:
We will be observing between 7:30 PM and 10:30 PM in March and April
The object must be East of the Meridian due to campus/city light pollution
The object must have a magnitude lower than 13mag. Anything dimmer, we will not have much success.
Use Stellarium to explore the night sky during the months that we will be doing the observations. This will guide you to see what is out there in the sky those days.
